Within the red brick Foy & Gibson building, a 90s apartment conversion was divided into two, forming an inner suburban base for a couple and guest. The central service block divides living and private spaces whilst encouraging connectedness through continuous flowing space and carefully curated openings. The plywood box with translucent top forms a simple backdrop for living.
